In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
1 Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
2 Has missing parts or accessories
3 Is different from what was ordered
1 A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned (include inside the package)
2 Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the package)
3 Â Kindly make sure the wrong product delivered should be in exactly the same condition as it was when it was received by Â Â Â you. If you fail to maintain the condition stated above, it will be considered as sold & you will have to pay for theÂ product.
4 Â If you want to return the product for any other reason, then a return charge of Rs.50/- will be incurred.
5 Â Product will be replace in 10 business days.
Â Note : Amount only refundable when item is out of stock otherwise it must be replaced .
If you think you have ordered a wrong item, if you request us within 12hrs of the time of purchase. We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back. After 12hrs of purchase if you fail to send order cancellation email, you will be not be eligible for the return policy, because product has been shipped by time. When you cancel the order, make sure you submit a proper reason, without proper reason for cancellation, we will not be able to accept it. Refund will be processed from our side in maximum 24 hours as mentioned earlier.
